Using Zoom in the Classroom

Just-In-Time Guide
During the Pandemic, I led in an initiative to re-design the classrooms at Athens State to enable synchronous online and face-to-face instruction. One of the key characteristics of this new ecosystem was the reliance on Zoom to unite all participants in the learning space. This allowed the instructor and students (online and virtual) to freely see and hear each other, as well as share content. To train faculty in this new technology, we developed online and face-to-face workshops, along with self-paced how-to videos and guides. This is an example of a Just In Time Guide that I developed for instructors. Placed in every classroom, this guide is meant to serve as a quick reference for instructors who've already been through training, but need a quick guide to help them recall the training they've already received. |
